We are a wee Inn with a small, but mighty staff. Early checkins interrupt our cleaning routine. We hope you understand. In other words, no early checkins. Sorry.
What time is check-in?
3 p.m. We are a wee Inn with a small, but mighty staff. We do not offer early checkins out of respect to the cleaners. Sorry.
Can I park early?
You can park your car from 1 p.m onwards, however, check-in is not until 3.
If I arrive early, can I leave my bag somewhere on check-out?
We try and not bother our cleaning staff, so please wait until check-in.
What time is check out?
11 a.m. Sharp.
How do I get entry codes?
Your Check-in Guide which contains your door code is provided via email the morning your arrival. Contact us if you haven’t received your entry code.
Can I park early?
You can park your car from 1 p.m onwards, however, check-in is not until 3.
Can you guarantee me a parking spot?
You don’t need to as there is one parking space for each room. A spot will be assigned to you and available for reference in the Check-in Guide which will be emailed to you the morning of check-in. If there is someone in your spot, just ring us.
Do I need to let you know of my license plate and car model and make?
No, just come to the hotel and get your vacation started.
How long can I leave my car in the parking spot?
You are welcome to leave your car your assigned parking space until 1 p.m on the day of your check-out.
Will parking spots be taken up later today if we risk driving around this afternoon?
Each room has a designated spot! Refer to your Check-in Guide for details.
Can I send an e-transfer for the balance?
We prefer you put a card on file and book through our online booking system although in other cases contact us, and we will work with you to ensure a smooth transaction.

What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation Policy: Fully refundable 7 or more days in advance of checkin. (i.e. for a checkin on a Friday, cancellation to be made by 11:59 pm the previous Friday). Cancellations within the seven days or no shows are subject to a property fee equal to 100% of the total amount paid for the reservation.
Can I request a late checkout?
Please feel free to request a later check-out time prior to your arrival, and we will do our best to accommodate. However, please understand that we may not be in a position to grant, depending on that day’s schedule. We cannot honour requests for a late check-out made on the day of departure.
Can I reschedule our visit due to illness?
Your well-being comes first. You can cancel your booking via the email you received upon booking. Look for the ‘Cancel your reservation’ link. In a worst case you can contact us, and we can find a new booking date that suits you.
How do I pay the 50% deposit for the booking invoice?
You don’t have to do anything! On booking, the deposit amount is automatically charged to your card.
How do I pay for the balance of my stay?
Not to worry! It is automatically taken from the card check in with. We charge the deposit amount on booking and the balance on check-in.
Do you take discounts for CAA members, government employees or large bookings?
During the spring, summer and fall months we are very busy and do not offer discounts. In the offseason, we factor in discounts in the hotel rates. Check back regularily for ongoing promotions.
Do the rooms have air conditioning?
Yes, indeed! All our units are equipped with the comfort of air conditioning.

Are there stairs to the rooms?
If you have mobility issues, we have five rooms on the main floor (Mini, 1832, The Green Room, Courtside and Celebrations). The NightOwl also is on ground floor.
Are you pet friendly?
Though we love animals, we respect guests who are allergic to them. So, please leave your pets at home. You deserve a break on your own.
Where can we get extra coffee pods?
In the Ice Etc. room at the Perth County Inn.
Do you have an elevator?
No we don’t, however, for those who want to avoid the climb, we have five rooms on the main floor at Perth County Inn.
Do you have a place to store our bicycles?
We have spots to lock your bikes at Perth County Inn in front of each parking spot. There is also a bike ring on the parking area. No indoor spots.
Are you cigarette friendly?
We gave up smoking a long time ago and so should you. If you can’t quit the habit, there are lots of beautiful outdoor walking paths.
Is there a place to get snacks?
Please visit the Relic Lobby Bar and the Flour Mill Outpost for snacks. There is also a convenience store on Erie Street (125 Erie Street).
I left something behind in the room. Can you check if it’s there?
We’ll get right on it! We’ll message the housekeeper to check for any belongings left behind, and we’ll keep you posted.
Is there somewhere to store luggage when we arrive at noon?
As we are a small Inn, we have limited space. For those arriving by car, please leave your luggage in your car until checkin. For those arriving by bus, we will try hard to find a place for your luggage.
Can we come and park and wander around town before check-in time?
Absolutely! The town is your oyster. Feel free to park and wander before check-in.
Where is the closest liquor store?
The LCBO is a 2.5 block walk at 91 Wellington Street. Stop into The Relic Lobby bar for a specialty drink you can’t get anywhere else.

The Little Green Grocery is a 5 minute walk. Sobeys is a larger supermarket and a 3 minute car ride, 15 minute walk.
