You can park your car from 1 p.m onwards, however, check-in is not until 3.
We try and not bother our cleaning staff, so please wait until check-in.

Your Check-in Guide which contains your door code is provided via text or email the morning your arrival. Contact us if you haven’t received your entry code.
We have enough parking spaces for all rooms. One spot per room. Parking is free and are first come, first served. You can offload your luggage by stopping at the back of the Inn – 5 York Street – remember to put on your hazard lights.
P3 is the perfect spot should you have a second car.
NO need to provide your vehicle information.
Valet parking is available upon request.
P1: 5 York Street Parking — The closest, just behind the Inn, below the patio. Yes, you can also park behind the rusty no parking sign.
P2: 21 Cobourg Street Parking — marked Perth County Inn, 1.5 blocks from Inn. Drive east on York Street and then left at end of York Street. Turn right on Cobourg Street soon after turning left – 20 meters (65 feet). Parking is half way down on your right. Look for our signs.
P3: 105 St Patrick Street Parking — free public, 3 blocks from Inn. If you have a second car, this is the parking for you. Google Map the address.
P4: 1 Huron Street — free public parking across from the Inn (5 p.m–7 a.m weekdays, and all day Saturday and Sunday).
P5: 15 York Street — EV Parking using ChargePoint App.
You can park your car from 1 p.m onwards, however, check-in is not until 3.
You are guaranteed a parking spot. A parking space will be assigned to you through your Check-in Guide which will be emailed to you the morning of check-in. If there is someone in your spot, just ring us.
No need to worry about the license plate. You’re good to park in your assigned spot.
It is included in your room rate.
You are welcome to leave your car your assigned parking space until 12:30 p.m on the day of your check-out.
We prefer you put a card on file and book through our online booking system although in other cases contact us, and we will work with you to ensure a smooth transaction.

Cancellation Policy: Refundable 7 or more days in advance of checkin. We reserve the right to charge a $25 fee which will be deducted from the refund amount as there are costs related with every booking (e.g. third party payment processor to take payment and then reverse it). Cancellations within the seven days or no shows are subject to a property fee equal to 100% of the total amount paid for the reservation.
Please feel free to request a later check-out time prior to your arrival, and we will do our best to accommodate. However, please understand that we may not be in a position to grant, depending on that day’s schedule. We cannot honour requests for a late check-out made on the day of departure.
Your well-being comes first. You can cancel your booking via the email you received upon booking. Look for the ‘Cancel your reservation’ link. In a worst case you can contact us, and we can find a new booking date that suits you.
You don’t have to do anything! On booking, the deposit amount is automatically charged to your card.
Not to worry! It is automatically taken from the card check in with. We charge the deposit amount on booking and the balance on check-in.
During the spring, summer and fall months we are very busy and do not offer discounts. In the offseason, we factor in discounts in the hotel rates. Check back regularily for ongoing promotions.

Though we love animals, we respect guests who are allergic to them. So, please leave your pets at home. You deserve a break on your own.
Breakfast is not included. Our favourite breakfast spots are Features (diner), Mercers (sit down), Balzac’s (coffee and sweets) and Flour Mill Outpost (coffee and goodies to take back to your room).
We have spots to lock your bikes at Perth County Inn in front of each parking spot. There is also a bike ring on the parking area. No indoor spots.
We gave up smoking a long time ago and so should you. If you can’t quit the habit, there are lots of beautiful outdoor walking paths.
The Relic Lobby Bar and the Flour Mill Outpost both have yummy snacks. Erie Convenience Store is 2 blocks away (125 Erie Street).
The HOTEL rooms (MINI, 1832, Green, Celebrations and Courtside) and the NightOwl/AirStudio have smart TVs with cable access and streaming services which you can access via your own account.
Step 1: Click using your finger the red button on the right side of the cable box. It will turn blue.
Step 2: Turn on the TV with the remote – top left corner button.
Step 3: Use the wheel to go right, left, up and down until you see ROGERS. Choose ROGERS by clicking the centre part of the wheel.
One note: do NOT choose ‘Live TV’. Choose ROGERS instead.

The SUITES have smart TVs with streaming services (e.g. Netflix), but without cable access.
If you are looking for your favourite sporting event, local bars; Bentley’s and Gilley’s are good choices.

We are a wee inn and have used every bit of space possible. If you have a car, please keep your luggage inside hidden from potential thieves. If you have come by bus, we will try and accommodate you.

The LCBO is a 2.5 block walk at 91 Wellington Street. Stop into The Relic Lobby bar for a specialty drink you can’t get anywhere else.
